SHYSEMI has a strong influence and research strength in China, equipped with leading domestic technical and management teams, and has established deep cooperative relationships with first-class research institutions both domestically and internationally. SHYSEMI has accumulated years of research and application experience in the fields of automotive electronics, new energy vehicles, and industrial control. SHYSEMI has complete independent intellectual property rights and has formed four major series of IGBT chips, IGBT devices, SiC devices, and GaN devices, covering industrial control, new energy, new energy vehicles, energy storage, and power grids.

SHYSEMI has a standard industrial production and manufacturing base covering an area of over 10000 square meters in Changshu High tech Industrial Park and Guangzhou Economic Development Zone.SHYSEMI has advanced production lines and testing equipment for high-end electronic components and power semiconductor devices, and has successively passed ISO9001 and TS16949 certifications. Some of products have met the vehicle standard AEC-Q specifications.
